Well Cousin it's been 1 month since your departure from this earth...I still carry around a pain in my heart that you are gone. I just wanted to write on your message board one last time that I am still thinking about you...even though you are in a much better place right now. You will always have a special place in my heart and I won't forget the great memories we had together. I seen your mommy, sisters, your babies, and father (Johnny) last weekend. So good to see them!!! Always!!! Of course a shout out was sent from your Aunt Adda...(I know I spelled her name wrong)... you know who I'm talking about...hehehe)) that she was glad everyone came out and how she felt cheated that your life was cut short. Because she didn't have enough time to grow closer to you...not that she wasn't already. Just not enough time. And my emotional butt Randy....started tearing up of course. She is sooo sweet. (looking like your mommy and grandmommy Agnes) The whole family look alike! WoW! Good strong genes! My computer screen saver has your picture all across it. Randy when I look at my screen all I can see is your father (uncle charles, your mommy (her eyes) and just about all of your uncles...especially David Jackson (rip) You definitely resemble him a lot!!! Everytime I am around the Jacksons I am amazed on how much ya'll look alike! GOODSTUFF!!!

You rest now
And we will see each other again.
I Love You Very Much

Gone But Not Forgotten...
You were so full of life,
Always smiling and carefree,
Life loved you being a part of it,
And I loved you being a part of me.
You could make anyone laugh,
If they were having a bad day,
No matter how sad I was,
You could take the hurt away.
Nothing could every stop you,
Or even make you fall,
You were ready to take on the world,
Ready to do it all.
But God decided he needed you,
So from this world you left,
But you took a piece of all of us,
Our hearts are what you kept.
Your seat is now empty,
And it's hard not to see your face,
But please always know this,
No one will ever take your place.
You left without a warning,
Not even saying good-bye,
And I can't seem to stop,
Asking the question why?
Nothing will ever be the same,
The halls are empty without your laughter,
But I know you're in Heaven,
Watching over us and looking after.
I didn't see this coming,
It hit me by surprise,
And when you left this world,
A big part of us all died.
Your smile could brighten anyone's day,
No matter what they were going through,
And I know everyday for the rest of my life,
We will all be missing you...Randy

To: Gloria, Johnny, Lisa, Angie, Shon, Meka and family
I am praying for God's perfect peace to comfort your hearts. Know that there are lots of prayer warriors praying for you and your family.
Whenever I would bring Angie & Shon to your house, if Randy was home, he would always come out to the car and give me the best hugs. He had a heart of compassion and lots of love. I will treasure those memories.
Love, your friend in Christ.

Randy was my first cousin twice, me and lisa have a great time explaining that story. I can still remember when I seen Randy after falling off of seeing him since we were younger I took him to see my mother, his aunt and It was really good to see him, tall brown and handsome (dont get excited ladies). Even though the short time spent catching up over the past several years it was worth every minute.
I remember the last conversation me and Randy had, it was at his house, it was about him doing his part and leaving things alone after that (he know what Im talking about)
Well cuz, you surely will be missed. We did not have enough time with you, but God knows best.

Love you and see you later...........wait, I was wrong, the last conversation me and randy had, he was telling me to get out of his way so he could get to his momma's potatoe salad

Gloria, Johnny, Lisa and Family,
I'm so sorry that I didn't have the pleasure of knowing my nephew, Randy very well. However, I've heard so many wonderful things about him. Just knowing that he liked to make people laugh, lets me know I missed out on knowing a wonderful young man. I only met Randy a few times when he was a little boy, but most recently in August "06 at Cookie's annual cook-out. He was a very tall handsome young man with a big smile a mile wide. I know he was someone I'd like to have shared more time with and I should have reached out to do so. Unfortunately it's too late now, but Randy did manage to get us all together during his home-going celebration. I can only hope we will all try and stay in touch and share some other family time with each other while we can. My heart goes out to your entire family at this time of sorrow. Please know that we love you even if we don't see each other as much as we should. Don't hesitate to call on us if there is ever anything we can do. Let's try and keep in touch. God bless all of you.

Randy,
I was SHOCKED to hear the news and I'm heartbroken that you're gone. It's just unreal! You are definantly one of the sweetest, funniest people I've ever known and you have a really good heart. Wow I'm devestated I won't get to see your face or hear your voice. All I ever wanted was for you to be happy and to get everything you wanted and I know you will now because you're in a better place. I love you and I miss you.
My prayers are to comfort your family and friends at this time.

Randy was one of the funniest (and careing) friends I've ever had. Him and John together? Comedy central folks..lol. I will never forget all the good times us (and the "Fairway Crew") had together. Those memories will never be forgotten. Meka and family....I can't image what you are going through right now and I will pray for you. It was hard seeing your pain on Saturday and my condolences to you. It was however nice to see all the lives Randy touched and all his true friends there! God bless you all and take it day by day. Randy - this is still so hard to grasp that you are no longer with us. I remember when I first became a part of you and the family's life when you were a very little boy and we all use to sit around and have fun time and you would always try to be the life of the party and now to have seen you grow up to a very handsome and loving man leaves me with nothing but great memories of being around you and the family. You will be so greatly missed.
Lisa & Gloria, I know that right now, it doesn't seem surreal, but I promise you, there is light at the end of the tunnel and with the love and support that surrounds you daily it will help you through this all. GOD has received a very special angel.
**I love you Randy and I'll see you later.

Randy,

Where do I start? First and most I will miss you very, very, much. The sadness that I am carrying in my heart at this moment is unreal. I found myself each day of this week trying to hold my tears back while working at my desk...it didn't work. Several of my co-workers caught me in the moment. There is so much that I want to say in such little time.I carry around til this day a scar that you marked me with when we were young...I had to be around 9 or 10 years old and you had to be around 3 or 4 and the both of us was pushing the door on the back porch. You was on the outside of the door and I was on the inside and you (being bad)would not stop pushing the glass door. Me pushing out You pushing in...back and forth for a few seconds and before I knew it my arms went completely threw the glass. AHAAAHAH!!! (can laugh about it now 20 years ago when it happened) I looked down at both of my arms this morning and said "WoW" 24 stetches!!! I will carry a piece of you around with me for the rest of my life...what could be more better then that.I Love You Randy. I seen you a few months ago up Lisa's house...my face just lights up every time I see you. (crazyself you) (you give the best hugs)Definitely will miss that about you. So much love when we see each other. I could go on and on with several moments we shared. That will just bring more tears to my eyes. But, at the same time it will bring a smile and some laughing (out loud)across my face. My dear sweet cousin this is your time now to be with the Lord. You rest. I don't like the word "Good Bye". "See You Later" sounds much better huh? I know you would agree right with me on that one. I will see you later cousin Randy.

I Love You Much!!! I will always remember the times we had together. Always.

Your Cousin
