Dear Mrs Craddock and Family,
Christophe and I want to express our deepest sorrow for the loss of your husband, our landlord and friend. I still remember the first time we met, in relation to doing business together and it is something I won't soon forget. He was a dear man, who had a marvelous life. I will miss his wit and humor. My deepest prayers for you in this hour. If there is anything that we may do for you or your family, please don't hesitate to ask.

Sincerely,
Michelle and Christophe

Dear Aunt Pearl, Robbie Lou and Montie,
Uncle Bobby always impressed me as a fine, southern gentleman. He was reserved, dignified and very kind. His penmanship was always impeccable. I have lots of fond memories of Uncle Bobby from childhood--seeing him at the lumberyard, the farm, and, of course, at Grandma Minnie's house. I really enjoyed bringing Mary and our two youngest children, Jack and Caroline, to meet Aunt Pearl and Uncle Bobby at your house in Old Town. Uncle Bobby showed them around Old Town and provided lots of intrigue about pirates and bootleg whiskey. They had quite a time meeting him and remember him vividly. I am thankful he didn't suffer for a long time and that he he enjoyed a full and happy and productive life of 90 years. He obviously got some of Grandma Minnie's longevity genes!! Mary and our children join me in sending our love to each of you. Mom and Dad will be representing us at the service tomorrow, and I hope I am able to attend the memorial service at Arlington Cemetery.
love,
John
