SGT Jackson was a great firearms instructor in the 97th HACC Police Academy, which I attended. I was fortunate to meet him and learn from him. Please send my condolences to his family and friends.

I first met Simon at Cumberland County CID he was so down to earth, he could always make you laugh. I remember looking for him when I would have to go up to the Courthouse because we would talk and laugh. Simon you were a great guy and left us too soon I know you are watching over us all now. I have to say I miss those days, as you have left a huge empty space in the law enforcement community of Cumberland County along with Carlisle Boro. You will not be forgotten by me or anyone that you came in contact with your a great Police Officer and thank you for your service R.I.P. Brother
