Christopher Sinkbeil, Jr. Jr.

Christopher Sinkbeil, 82, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at his home, surrounded by his family. Christopher was born in Washington, NJ on July 25, 1942 to the late Christopher Sinkbeil Sr. and Cleo V. Schalk Sinkbeil. Christopher was a graduate of Washington High School. Upon graduation he went to work for Mack Printing, working his way up from Printing Press to Account Representative and Sales. Christopher retired after 46 years with the company. In his leisure time, he was an avid bowler, volunteered with scouting, enjoyed fishing, and looked forward to traveling and camping with his wife. Christopher had a love for antique cars and was a collector of lanterns. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family-especially his grandchildren. Christopher was a member of Phillipsburg Alliance Church of Phillipsburg. Christopher is survived by Son, Dale (Amy) Sinkbeil; Three Daughters, Donna (Mark) Tanczos, Kathy Sinkbeil, and Jennifer (Nelson) Cruz; Grandchildren Justin (Samantha) Sinkbeil, James Sinkbeil, Julia Sinkbeil, Zachary (Jaclyn) Tanczos, Kyle Tanczos, Matthew (Abby) Tanczos and Erik (Casey) Tanczos; Great-Granchildren, Zoey Tanczos and Amelia Sinkbeil; and Mother-in-Law, Verna Robinson. Christopher was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, Maxine Robinson Sinkbeil. A Visitation for the Family and Friends of Christopher will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am at Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery; Phillipsburg, NJ. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials may be made in Christopher's name to Phillipsburg Alliance Church; 255 Lincoln Street; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
