Robert Dennis Casey

Robert Dennis Casey, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on July 25, 2025 at the age of 77. Born April 28, 1948 to the late Martin J. and Nora K. (nee Kelly) Casey, Bob was the loving father of Megan Casey (William Donovan), and Sean Casey; dear brother of Maureen Schramm (Chas), and Martin Casey; and fond uncle of Maryanne, Chuck, and Vicki. Bob grew up in the West Oak Lane neighborhood of Philadelphia and was a graduate of St. Athanasius and Cardinal Dougherty High School, later moving to the Lawncrest neighborhood. He retired after 30 years at the Budd Company where he was a millwright and a member of the UAW Local 813. Relatives and friends are invited to Bob's Life Celebration on Monday, August 4, 2025 from 10-11AM, followed by his funeral service at 11AM at the Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Life Celebration Home of East Norriton, 200 W. Germantown Pike; interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to consider a donation to the American Cancer Society or Veterans of Foreign Wars.
