Sandra Lee Yost

Sandra "Sandie" Lee (Pollock) Yost, 78, of Bechtelsville, PA, passed away on March 9, 2025, at Pottstown Hospital. She was the wife of the late Ronald Leroy Yost Sr., with whom she shared 42 years of marriage until his passing on January 15, 2023. Born in Pottstown, PA, on December 28, 1946, Sandie was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Dorothy (Engle) Pollock. Sandie worked at Limerick Clean Energy Center before continuing her career at Graterford Prison, where she remained until retiring in 2011. Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who meant the world to her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Sandie is lovingly remembered by her children, George Reidnauer Jr., husband of Rhonda, and Wendy Shannon, wife of Patrick; her grandchildren, Terry Sonder, Scott Sonder, Bradley Reidnauer, Nathan Reidnauer, and Heather Reidnauer; and her great-grandchildren, Alicia Sonder, Austin Sonder, Adam Sonder, Blake Sonder, Bentley Sonder, Bailee Sonder, and Chase Reidnauer. In addition to her husband and parents, Sandie was predeceased by her brothers, Barry and Dennis Pollock. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
