Stanislaw Mlyniec

Stanislaw Mlyniec, 72 of New Britain, beloved husband of Danuta (Lacki) Mlyniec, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025 at the Hospital of Central CT. Born in Jodlowa, Poland, on June 5, 1953, son of the late Adam and Amalia (Przewoznik) Mlyniec, he was a member of Holy Cross Church in New Britain. He came to the US from Poland in 1998. A hardworking man, he took great pride in caring for his property and could always be found working. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He enjoyed playing cards. He will be missed by many. A loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, he is survived by his wife Danuta; his children: Renata Szynal, Grzegorz Mlyniec, Malgorzata Polkowski, Adam Mlyniec, Marzena Mlyniec, Magdalena Mlyniec and their families; his grandchildren: Daniel, Alex, Frank, Filip, Gabriel, Amelia, Olivia and Anthony; his sisters: Kazimiera Mikrut, Maria Lacka, Danuta Swieszek and their families and many family members and friends in the US and Poland. He was predeceased by his son, Piotr Mlyniec and grandson, Patrick. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Burritt Hill Funeral Home, 332 Burritt Street, New Britain. Funeral services for Stanislaw will begin on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. from the Burritt Hill Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Cross Church, New Britain, CT.
