Jason C. McKee, 55 of Mesa, Arizona, passed away at 6:20 AM Sunday, October 27, 2024 in Macomb, Illinois. He was born July 5, 1969 in Macomb, Illinois to Estle and Ann (Markham) McKee. He is survived by his mother Ann Carlile of Macomb, Illinois; his children, Justin (Andrea) McKee of Roseville, Illinois and Jordan McKee of Galesburg, Illinois; 3 grandchildren, Charlie Ann McKee, Willow Mae McKee and Princeton McKee; 2 brothers, Terry McKee of Industry, Illinois and Lanny (Judy) McKee of Colchester, Illinois. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Margaret McKee of Marion, Iowa and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; brothers, Ronald McKee and Mark McKee; sister-in-law, Kathryn McKee; nephew Mike McKee; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Susan McKee; Maternal grandparents, Edgar and Caroline Markham. Jason attended Bardolph and Macomb schools. He worked construction and was a heavy equipment operator for Markham Construction in Arizona. His Harley was his pride and joy and enjoyed the many hours spent riding. Cremation has been accorded. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday November 2, 2024 at Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home, where visitation will be held one hour prior. Pastor Jim Eddy will officiate. Burial of ashes will be held at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to MDH Hospice in Memory of Jason.
