Catherine was one of my favorite cousins!!!! I loved listening to any of her stories especially the one about the vacuum salesman wanting to sell her a vacuum cleaner with a lifetime warranty!!!! When talking about my Mom, Catherine would always say "your dear Mother". She also frequently said "the Masons are strong stock". She was so right just look at her wonderful life! She was a special and kind woman with a silent strength.

I met Kay when she was on her third career at the MPB. She was a great friend and and mentor. We discover that we had mutual friends in Rockport and from ADL. She always had a smile and words of encouragement no matter what the situation. She was always loyal to her friends that she had accumulated through her lifetime. Kay will be missed. They don't come like Kay any more.

We feel blessed to have had a friendship with Katie through Mary, John, MB and the Galgay family. Warm and kind, Katie's innate goodness left you smiling as she saw the positive and innocence in people around her. The world has lost a beautiful person. RIP Katie - our condolences to the Galgay and Maytum families.

A wonderful woman who could always make me smile. She came to work with us at the MPB when she was in her 80's and was someone I admired and have thought of often over the years since she left.

A sweet, adorable woman. I only knew Katie for a brief period, 3 months, as I was a new employee at the Senior Living Center where she resided. She was always smiling, always encouraging, always thankful, positive, always asking me "so what time to you get up in the morning?"(smile!) Really, a one in a million, 1 in 10 million lady. I adored Katie, as did many others at the Senior Living Center. She will be sorely missed. I am thankful she had such a large, loving family and a long, wonderful life. We should all be so blessed.

Catherine was one of my most favorite cousins -tho we rarely saw one another, we had the occasional long distance phone call between Massachusetts and Arkansas! She always talked about my wonderful mother, Eleanor Mason Schott. I loved just listening to her talk ... and her stories of the family were considered by me to be a gift, a treasure. Catherine was most certainly a beautiful woman on the inside and out.
