Annabellewas fun and funny. She was creative with her shell hobby and floral arrangements often winning ribbons for her pieces. Her sense of humor was ever present popping up when least expected. She never refused chocolate, ice cream, roast beef, corn beef and cabbage. Ann had an uncanny way in meeting people from many countries when she worked worked at Abbot Hall beneath the Spirit of 76 as well as connecting people to others. We have friends from Mexico and Texas who still speak of the lady at Abbot Hall. She loved her friends and dearly loved her family. And we loved her!

I worked with Ann at Coffin School. I then became a member of the Arrangers and thoroughly enjoyed her humor and love of flowers. I photographed the amazing blooming of her Night-blooming Cereus, which was quite an event! Ann was such a delightful lady and will be missed!! The world needs more people like Ann Flynn.
