Dear Mary, Dennis, Jenny, and Brendan
My family is so deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Dennis. Dennis was our mail carrier for many years and became a good friend to our family. He always made us laugh and looked out for us kids ( waking us up on summer days before my mother would come home for her lunch break ) He would say " your going to get in trouble ! She will be home in 5 min...get up! "
I went on to baby sit for his kids and found out what an incredible family that he had. They have a unique bond that many families strive for.
After my father passed away, Dennis was so great to my mother in taking care of her pool . Even after he tried to retire from the pool business my mother would make him talk to the "new pool guy" because no one does it like Dennis.
My family was blessed to have known Dennis !
We hope that your family takes comfort in the joy that he brought to all of us.
Love

As my brother, you will always be here
no matter how far, you will always be near
No distance or person can keep us apart
For me and you, we share a heart
We share a bond so deep and strong
No mountain could move it or make it wrong
Our love began from the very start, it will endure forever and shall never part
Brother and sister we will always remain
No obstacles or challenges could make it wane
the love we have is like a tree, sturdy and steadfast it will always be
Our roots and branches are as thick as thieves
childhood friends like the webs we weave
Our hands and our hearts will always be one
Shared by no others , it can't be undone
I'll be by your side wherever we are
Just reach out and touch me and I'll never be far❤
Dennis, I will miss you always,
Your little sister Colleen xoxo

Dear Mary and Family,
I am so sorry for this tremendous loss. The way your family, and of course, his Mary, came together during these three years has been so moving to witness. From the time of diagnosis, you all put so much life and love in these 3 years, more than many experience in a 100 years. From weddings to babies to Disneyland, your love as a family has been inspirational and I pray those memories will give some peace in the days ahead.
