I was so sorry to hear of Sue's passing. Unfortunately we did not remain in contact with each other thru the years. Back in the day at LPHS, Sue was a sweetheart. Always a kind word and a smile. We had some fun running between each others yards(only lived 1 block apart) growing up. May she RIP

I used to work with Sue many years ago,at St.Francis Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. I was honored to be a bridesmaid in her wedding! Sue was one of those people who always had a smile on her face. She was an excellent ICU nurse, and was always there for you when you needed her most! One of the things that I remember about Sue was all the shoes that she owned... I think she had a pair to go with every outfit she wore! we lost contact over the years, but that didn't mean that I didn't think about her and what she might be doing in her life. God must have been pulling on my heart strings last week, as she came to my mind as i was looking through old papers! My prayers are with your family at this trying time. Sue, May God welcome you with open arms into his Kingdom!

Sue's humor and love of people lightened the ICU. She made sometimes dismal situations much easier to bear. Her smile was indeed a bright light to her coworkers and patients that is already missed.

Many times we meet people who have a positive impact on our lives. Sue was one of those people to me. I met Sue when I first came to WFUBMC. She had a way of making you smile in any situation. She always had a smile or some candy for everybody in need. She will be truly missed. I can only smile when I think of her. That is a memory that I will cherish.
