Debra & Steve,
I was sorry to hear about your dad and send you both my sincere condolences. What a cheerleader we have lost! He was so faithful to his schools & family and will be missed so much. Love to you both!

Mr. Burkehead was a former teacher of mine in the late 1970's and early 1980's. His humor is one of the things that will always be remembered by anyone who knew him! In 1982, I was a member of the Candor Elementary School yearbook club and we dedicated our yearbook to him that year. May the peace of Christ be with his family as he and Jesus share many laughs together in paradise.

So sorry to hear about your dad, Debra and Steve. What I do remember so much about him is him cheering you guys on at ballgames. What a special dad he was, as he obviously lived for his kids and grandkids.

Tom Birkhead was one of the best teachers I ever had and I remember him fondly.
May your happy memories of him carry you through this time of sorrow.
