As news reaches me late at times, I recall this man with great fondness from my days at WDLB. He trusted me as a radio DJ and allowed me to work on my craft. Without his kind support, it is doubtful if I would have been able to make a true career in broadcasting. Thank you, sir. Jack Socha

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mary (Hackman) Zukowski and her family in the passing of her father/husband. She is a classmate of mine in the Columbus High School class of 1980. I remember listening to Jack on WDLB growing up in Marshfield as well as my Parent's did (Bill and Shirley Anderson). I wish I could be there to give you a hug, Mary. You will be on my mind this week as you prepare for this sorrowful time. Stay strong.
God Bless,
