Lauri Erdman Obituary
Lauri June Erdman, age 51, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Monday, September 22, 2014 at her home. Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids.
Lauri was born February 4, 1963 in Rock Island, IL to Vincent and Rosella (Schaecher) Dasso. Lauri moved to Colorado in the mid 1980's where she met her husband Dan. Lauri and Dan were married in Quad Cities, July 9, 1988 and then settled in Colorado until 1995 when they moved to Wisconsin Rapids.
In her youth Lauri was a horse enthusiast who enjoyed spending her time with the horses that they had at her home. Lauri's passion in life was her family. She was very devoted and spent much of her time staying in contact with her family in any way that she could. Lauri loved motorcycles.
Lauri is survived by her husband, Dan; two sons: Jackson Erdman and Dillion Erdman; one brother: Pete (Laurie) Dasso; four sisters: Janet (Lanny) McMahill, JoAnne Kauclarich, Carol Bishop and Charleen (Mike) McLean.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Linda Vitosh and Jackie Dasso; two brothers: Carl and Donald Dasso.

I've known Lauri for 36+yrs. Her humor was legendary. Most of my fondest,
and funniest memmories involved her. She didn't know what it was to hate.
She loved her friends, was devoted to Daniel and their sons, and for me, she's
the smile on my face when no one's around. I think of her and how sad I am,

Lauri's positive, uplifting spirit made an impact on all who knew her. I have many fond and humorous memories. Though I have lost touch since moving away, she is one of those friends whose friendship I will always remember and appreciate.....as Lauri always loved and lived for her family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. So grateful our paths crossed....she is definitely laughing with the angels and showing them a few dance moves!

To Lauri's family - I'm shocked to see that Lauri passed away. I just talked to her recently as she was bee-bopping around spreading her cheer. Always so positive no matter what she was going through. She is and will always be amazing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at such a sad time. I know she will be missed by so many.
