Kevin Allen Sharpe

Kevin Allen Sharpe Kevin Allen Sharpe, 59, of Rome, passed away at his home on February 22, 2025. He was born on July 31, 1965, in Rome, N.Y., and was the son of the late George and Beatrice Sharpe. Kevin was a graduate of Rome Free Academy and continued his education at Mohawk Valley Community College. He enjoyed golfing at Rome Country Club and training in Martial Arts. Kevin was a talented welder and enjoyed real estate development. His true passion in life was spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his beloved soulmate, Robin Ladue, Rome; a daughter Alana Clarice Sharpe; four sons, Joshua Ladue, Collin Sharpe, Trevor Sharpe and Jamar Zwiefach; a daughter-in-law, Nichole Ladue; four brothers, George, Matthew, Wayne and Keith Sharpe; six sisters, Dorothy Sharpe, Karen Flagg, Ann Marie Sardina, Patricia Howell, Georgette (Daryl) Austie and Catherine Rousseau; three grandchildren, Alexis Thorton, Michael and Tyler Ladue. Kevin was predeceased by two sisters; Elenor McKenzie and Margaret Ann Sypolt; three brothers, Butch, Michael and Gary Sharpe. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 1 to 3 P.M. at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3 P.M. Interment will take place in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery in Stokes, N.Y.
