Walter Meadors Obituary

Walter L. Meadors, age 89, was born March 8, 1932 in Williamsburg, Kentucky, and died June 5, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Myrtle Meadors; sister, Ethel; and brothers, Herman, Benny, and Jerry.

He is survived by his wife, Esther Meadors; children, Steven (Louise) Meadors and Darla J. Meadors; grandchildren, Ryan (Monica), Jesse (Samantha), Andrew (Michael), and Zachary (Jaclyn); great-grandchildren, Nolan, Everly, Mila, Sam, Gabe, Gia, and Leland; sisters, Darlene and Gloria Jean; brothers, Arlie, Clifford, and Marvin; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. on June 9, 2021 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, where friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg, Ohio. www.tuftsschildmeyer.com

Walt was such a dear Man, loved to go to their house on Tar Pike years ago and visit with them and sit on their porch and talk and go out by the pond and fish. God Bless his soul in heaven. He will be missed by many!
