Anthony Karakeian

1961 - 2017

BELLINGHAM - Anthony Karakeian, age 55, from Bellingham, passed away, peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends on Tuesday May 16, 2017.
Anthony also known as Tony or Skippy, was born September 8th, 1961 in Milford Hospital. He was a 1979 graduate of the Bellingham High School. He married Jill A. (Ridolfi) Karakeian on March 29, 1991 in Franklin Ma at the St. John's Episcopal Church. After high school Anthony worked multiple jobs for a while before starting his own paving business, Bellingham Paving, which he owned for 10 years. Tony then became a foreman at the Bellingham Highway Department of Public Works for 22 years. Tony loved his motorcycle, going out with friends, playing golf, watching sports, and of course his family. He was always willing to lend a helping hand with nothing in return.
He is survived by his wife, Jill, son Kyle Karakeian, daughter Jillian Karakeian, sister Vivian Marcell and husband Paul of Millbury, brother David Karakeian and wife June of Bellingham, sister, Jeanne Maxwell of Bellingham, brother Mark Karakeian of Milford, brother Ronnie Karakeian of Mendon, and many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Nishian and Elizabeth (Bedirian) Karakeian.
Family, Friends, and others whose lives Anthony touched are invited to his home, 705 Wrentham Rd. Bellingham MA 02019, on Saturday May 27, 2017, for a memorial service from 10 to 11 A.M, and a celebration of his life to follow until 5 P.M.
