To the children of Claire and Fred. Your parents will be part of my fond memories until it is my turn to join them. What a wonderful time we had together in the 50's. Our friendship developed during Troop 29 scouting activities and continued long after. I was a young scoutmaster and Fred and Claire were active with the troop. Fred as Camping and Activities Chairman and Claire as the Troop's Mother's Auxiliary. Their contributions were numerous and exemplary. You were young during those years, and we were often together while the adults discussed scouting and attended scouting functions. I have been blessed by your parents and hold them dear in my heart. May you find some joy in knowing that they impacted a great number of people in East Blackstone, MA. God bless each and everyone of you.
