Constance E. Butman

1938 - 2015

BLACKSTONE - Constance E. (Archambeault) Butman, 76, of Blackstone, MA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at home with loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Gordon H. Burtman, Jr. Born in Bellingham, MA on February 25, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Aram and Lucille (Debigare) Archambeault.
She was the loving mother of Ronald Frazer and his wife, Debra of Jensen Beach, FL, Kevin Frazer of Blackstone, MA and her daughter-in-law and caregiver Allison Frazer of Blackstone, MA. She leaves her cherished grandchildren, Adam K. Frazer and Kelsey A. Frazer both of Blackstone and the role of grandmother to Tara, Billy, Tracy, Braden, Wesley, Andrew, Melissa, Aja, Michael, Stephanie, Steven, Jack, Lucas and Peyton. She was the sister of Jeannine Chisholm, Suzanne Masino, and Lillian Borges all of Sebastian, FL, and the late Aram "Bill" Archambeault and Claire Belhumeur.
Mrs. Butman was a longtime resident of Blackstone, formerly of Bellingham and worked as a CNA at the Blackstone Nursing Home for 25 years until retiring in 2012. She was a communicant of St. Theresa Church. An important part of her life was being a member of the Blackstone Lions Club and having served as President. Devoted to her family, she will be greatly missed.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 12th at 7:00PM at CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA. Visiting hours from 5 to 7PM prior to service.
