You are not supposed to have a favorite Aunt. But seeing as how I just lost my last remaining Aunt, I can declare : Amazing Grace Burns was my favorite Aunt.
Who else taught me to be play baseball? Who else gave so much to her beloved Millville ( our home Town,) ? Who else had her own baseball field and horseshoe pit on the family farm where she lived all her life til almost 102.Who else was a lifelong role model and olde time New England Yankee citizen and mentor to many ? Who else played sports ( bowling and softball) to 100 ? Who else regularly beat me at horseshoes into her 90s ?
Grace Burns...
