Michael Dougherty Obituary
Michael was the Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Pawtucket for many years, retiring in 1997. He was a navy veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his brother, Frank Dougherty, and his companion, Dale Tormey. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John and William Dougherty, Joyce Jensen, Margaret White, Mary McVey, and Mae Isabelle Redman.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 10am from the Costigan-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, followed by a Service at 11am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Friday from 4-7pm in the funeral home. www.oneillfuneralhomes.com
