Peter Lynch Obituary

UXBRIDGE - Peter L. Lynch, age 81, lifelong resident of Uxbridge, died at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the loving husband of Judith M. Lynch (Petricone) for 46 years.

Peter was born on September 25, 1941 in Woonsocket, RI to the late John J. and Dorothy Lynch (Kolb).

Peter continued his education attending Philip Neri Seminary for one year. He graduated from St. Francis College/University of New England in Biddeford, ME in 1964 and earned his master's degree from Niagara University.

His career in education began at Douglas High School, in Douglas, MA as a history teacher until returning to Niagara University as Dean of Men. He then worked for the Grafton School System as a guidance counselor and finally, assistant principal. Despite being involved in his community so heavily, Peter was most involved at home with his beloved wife and daughter. He was active in everything they were active in and showed unwavering support and love.
