BRENTWOOD, NH - Rita L. (Leblond) Harvey, 89, of Brentwood, NH, formerly of South Pasadena, FL and Bellingham, MA for over 40 years, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Harvey, Sr. Born in Woonsocket, RI on December 9, 1928 the daughter of the late Willie and Medora (Leduc) Leblond. She was the loving mother of Patricia A. Robinson and her husband, Norman, of Chester, NH, Barbara Anderson of Berlin, NH, Jeffrey R. Harvey and his wife, Suzanne of Woonsocket, RI, and Joseph "Skip" Harvey, Jr. and his wife, Joann of Newport, NC. She leaves her cherished 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Rita worked at Data General in Southborough, MA for many years until retiring. She was a communicant of St. Blaise Church and a very active member of the St. Blaise Women's Guild. Rita was an active member of the social club at the Rockingham County Nursing Home. Devoted to her family, she will be greatly missed.
Funeral will be held on Friday, August 24th with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM at St. Blaise Church, 1158 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA. Interment will follow at St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no visiting hours.
