Suzanne F. Cavedon

NARRAGANSETT - Suzanne F. (Fontaine) Cavedon, 88, died at home with her family in Narragansett on Sunday, April 26, 2015. She was the wife of the late John Cavedon, Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Mildred (Spearin) Fontaine.
Suzanne was a dedicated mother and grandmother, an accomplished decorative painter, and an avid birdwatcher and naturalist.
She is survived by two sons, John Cavedon, III of N. Smithfield, Anthony B. Cavedon of N. Kingstown; three daughters, Suzanne Cavedon of Boston, MA, Elizabeth W. Cavedon and Jane E. Cavedon, both of Narragansett; and three grandchildren, Alexa Cavedon-Brazilian of London, England, Emily Cavedon of Boston, MA and Peter Cavedon of N. Smithfield.
A funeral service will be held Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11AM in Swan Point Cemetery Chapel, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence. Burial will immediately follow in the cemetery. Calling hours are omitted. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
