Vera Glod Obituary
She was the wife of the late Albert F. Glod, the owner of Modern Radio & T.V.
She was born on Jan. 8, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Onuphry and Maria (Semigonoski) Cherwinski. She resided in Woonsocket until 1979 when the family moved to Wake Robin Apartments. She later resided in Atria Lincoln Place.
Mrs. Glod was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Woonsocket High School, Class of 1940.
She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth Ferrio of Chelmsford, Mass. and Debra Glod of North Providence; grandsons Michael and Gary Ferrio (Annette) and a great-granddaughter Kaylin. She was the sister of the late Alice Nenart, Julia Guthrie and Sophie Lavoie.
She will be laid to rest at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter. All services are private. For guestbook visit LincolnFuneralHome.org.
