Patrica Kostick Obituary
Patricia A. (Lutz) Kostick, 75, of Exeter Township, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Complete Care at Berkshire Center. She was the wife of Michael Kostick Jr., with whom she celebrated 53 years of marriage. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph L. and Faye E. (Herflicker) Lutz. Patricia graduated from Muhlenberg High School.
In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by her daughter Lisa Sammet, wife of Richard Sammet.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Parkinson Disease Association, https://support.apdaparkinson.org Lutz Funeral Home Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA, 19606 is in charge of arrangements.
