Robert Snow Obituary

FAIRBORN — Robert Allan Snow, 29 of Fairborn, died unexpectedly on 25 Aug 2016 after years of battling addiction. Robert was within a day of entering a drug treatment program but never made it. He had the entire support of his family, especially his mother, Jan who he loved dearly and worked her best to help Robert attain his goal. Robert was a hard working, self-employed housing remodeling expert. He was an expert self-taught "rocker" and played a mean guitar. The week before his death, Robert gave a personal rock concert for Amara and her cousins, Sam and Noah Lingerfelt. Robert is the son of John and Janice Snow of Fairborn Ohio, and is survived by his oldest sister, Megan (Ben Oburn), and brothers, John Jr. (Emily), Daniel, and Alex. Robert was preceded in death by his older brother, Jesse. Robert is survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews. More important, Robert is survived by his life-long best friend Brittney Swan and together raised their beautiful daughter, Amara Marie Snow. Amara was Robert's Angel and she always cared about her Dad. Brittney was loving and compassionate with Robert until the very end. In addition to Amara Marie Snow, Robert had 4 other children, Conner, Camden, Charlotte, and Emilia. Robert was a lover of life. He lived each and every day to its absolute fullest. Although he battled through his demons, he found the silver lining in everything he held dear. Robert was laid to rest next to his brother, Jesse, at Byron Cemetery following a private service at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
