Donald Boyer Obituary
Seven Valleys
Donald L. "Donny" Boyer, 66, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at York Hospital. He was the husband of Carol A. (Ebersole) Boyer, with whom he celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on September 29.
Mr. Boyer was born in Hanover, March 14, 1950, son of the late Lynwood T. and Ethel E. (Doll) Boyer.
He was a dairy farmer for numerous farms as well as his own, and was a seasonal worker for the York City Parks Department for three years.
Donny was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Jacobus.
He was an avid York Revolution baseball fan!
He was a loving and devoted father to his children and grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Bobbi Jo E. Elliot and her husband, Brett of Dover, Elizabeth A. Emenheiser and her husband, Dennis of York, and Kenneth C. Boyer and his wife, Kayla of West York; 10 grandchildren, Maya, Lexie, MaKenna, Paige, Kason, Austin, Kyle, Jazlyn, Dalton, Owen; and a nephew, Keith A. Boyer. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth E. and Keith A. Boyer.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2016, at the Robert M. Goodling Funeral Service, 62 Main St., Seven Valleys. Final resting place will be in Salem Union Cemetery, Jacobus. There will be a viewing Sunday, November 27, 2016, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
At the family's request, memorial contributions may be made to Salem United Church of Christ, 24 Franklin St., Jacobus, PA 17407.

Its been a couple days over a year and all the pain is still with me, it will never go away. i think about you almost everyday, and i look at the collage of you and i all the time and think of all the good times we went midnoght swimming and looked over the edge of the pool and tried to find the groundhogs I love you and miss you so much xoxo

Dad,
I still cannot believe you are not with us. This life is so hard without you here. You were my vent, my go to guy, my everything! My heart is so broken and I'm trying to figure out how to go on. My kids miss you so much and are waiting to go to the next baseball game. Kason asked me to get him Yankee tickets for you. They all have one of your Revolution hats. They don't want to wash them, they want them to smell like you. I cannot take this!!! I know you don't want us to cry or sob over you, but I'm telling you this is tough.
DAD, YOUR LITTLE GIRL MISSES YOU! I miss sitting on your lap and tormenting you. There is so much I miss...
