Tina L. Neufeld

MANCHESTER Tina L. (Schapansky) Neufeld, 77, passed away Friday, October 16, 2009, at her residence. She was the wife of Albert Neufeld, Sr., Manchester. Mrs. Neufeld was born in Lancaster on September 24, 1932, to the late Herman D. and Agnes (Neustadter) Schapansky. Tina was a member of the Church of the Open Door, York. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Albert "Fritz" Neufeld, Jr. and his wife, Karla, Gregory "Dale" Neufeld and his wife, Cathy; four daughters, Diane L. Garis and her husband, Jay, Kathy Zirkle and her husband, Troy, Candace J. Luckman and her husband, Sean, and Lori C. Frey and her husband, Rick; a son-in-law, Wes Zimmerman; 21 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Harper and husband, Lou; and one brothers Herman Schapansky. Tina was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina L. Zimmerman and a brother David Schapansky. There is a visitation scheduled for Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, Inc., 2290 School St., York (Shiloh). A graveside service will be held in Steinmetz Cemetery, Steinmetz Rd., Lancaster County, Thursday at 10 a.m. There will be a memorial service Thursday, 1 p.m. at the Church of the Open Door, 8 Carlisle Ct., York.
