Gregory Dailey Obituary
Gregory was in the United States Army, where he fought in the Vietnam war & Desert Storm. After being out of the Army for 10 years, he reenlisted in 1978, into the Special Forces & retired in 1996 as a Special Forces Master Sargent.
Gregory Graduated from the New York State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree.
He was member of the Special forces Association and the VFW Post 6790.
Gregory was an artist, sculptor, and he loved spending time with his family.
Gregory is survived by his wife Sherrill Dailey of Wellton, Arizona; daughters, Kalani (Sean) White of Honolulu, Hawaii, Karhman Dailey of Surprise, Arizona and Kimberly Golden of Westminster, California; four grandchildren and many friends he called family.
He was preceded in death by both his father and mother, John Preston Dailey and Marilyn Hope Dailey.
The service will be at Sunset Vista Mortuary on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 10:00a.m. with Arnie Bulick to officiate. There will be a potluck lunch at the VFW Post 6790 at 12p.m. following the service.

Dear Kalani,
We are saddened that we will never be able to meet your Dad. But in getting to know you we will begin to know him. The wonderful woman you are is a lasting testament to his life here on earth. We thank him for you - now a special part of our family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. Love, Rick, Luci and the whole family.

I want to express my condolences to my best friend Kalani and her entire family. It was such an honor to have met Greg. He was truly a hero and a sweet man. I will cherish my pictures of Kalani and Greg at her Navy graduation. He was so very proud of his little girl. I know he will be missed by many.
