Of the five men during my lifetime, I can think of you contributed the most to this county... Earl is in that group. This county would not be where it is without him. Bless his heart, what a full life and I´m sure he enjoyed ot it, but certainly the county benefited by all of it.

Earl was a wonderful community citizen, leader. and supporter of Southern Polytechnic State University. He will live on through his many contributions to making Marietta and Cobb County a better place. My heartfelt condolences to his family.
