Joseph Guajardo Obituary
On November 19, 2017 Joseph Alfonso Guajardo, passed away suddenly at the age of 39, succumbing to a battle with depression. Joseph, the youngest of six children born to Rozi and the late J. Anthony Guajardo, was born on February 5, 1978 in San Antonio. His life's love was his daughter, Emma Noelle (Noey), age 10, who has inherited her father's love of reading as well as his inquisitive mind. He was a proud, devoted father who often said that Noey made him a better person and was the best thing that ever happened to him. Joseph was a loyal friend to any in need and always willing to lend a hand. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Emma Noelle Guajardo, his mother, Rozi Pansza Guajardo, maternal grandmother, Vicki Gongora Pansza (age 108) of San Antonio, sister, Clarissa Guajardo, J. Anthony Guajardo Jr. and Dawn Pruett Guajardo, John Guajardo and Grace Singh Guajardo, Paula Guajardo and Tommy Farrell, and sister, Lauren Noelle Guajardo, as well as loving nieces and nephews, and a large extended family. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 21, at 1:00 P.M. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where a Rosary will be recited at 1:30 P.M. followed by a Memorial Mass. WE REMEMBER HIM AS A JOYFUL LITTLE FOUR YEAR OLD WHEN WE VISITED MY MOTHER IN LAW, MARY AND MARIA ELENA WHO CARED FOR HIM AND MUCH LATER HIS DAUGHTER. MAY GOD WATCH OVER HER AND PROTECT HER. Joe was my first Cousin where he had extended family in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We send our condolences to all the family and extended family. Joe was my ring bearer in my wedding. I remember him fondly when he was child. He was always a charmer. Rest In Peace Cousin.
