Rohini Parikh Obituary
She was the daughter of Jayantilal and Taraben Parikh and sister of Meena Shah.
She was predeceased by her devoted husband Prabhakar and leaves behind a son, Salil; daughter-in-law, Sonali; daughter, Lina; son-in-law, Paul; and dear grandchildren, Roshan and Megha.
Rohini came from India to Memphis in 1964 after getting married. She obtained her Pharmacy degree at the University of Tennessee and worked at St. Francis Hospital for over 30 years. She was a smart, beautiful, and loving person with a zest for life. She will be remembered for her beautiful singing, delicious cooking, and sweet embrace of so many friends and family. She will be dearly missed.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, January 5 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Memphis Inter-Faith Association (https://www.mifa.org/) or your charity of choice in honor of Rohini.
