George Peaslee Obituary
Concord, NH - George "Sonny" Peaslee, of Dunbarton, NH, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2024 at the age of 78. George was born on November 13, 1945 to George Sr. and Ellen. George graduated from Goffstown High School in 1963.
George enjoyed fishing, hunting, dancing, and singing karaoke. He was a member of the VFW, Fraternal order of Eagles and the American Legion. He worked as a mechanic for NE Telephone and as a custodian for St. Anslem College.
George is survived by his wife; Bonnie Peaslee. He is also survived by his children; Steve Peaslee and his wife Erica of Pembroke, NH, his daughter; Heather Cornock and husband Brian of Concord, NH, and his daughter; Brooke Rubner and husband Brian of Goffstown, NH. George is also survived by his sisters; Joyce Ball of Florida and Sandra Boudreau and her husband Robert of Raymond, NH. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Joseph Mudge (Littleton), Kelsey Cornock (Concord), Micheal and Jacob Peaslee (Pembroke), and Ethan and Rosalie Rubner (Goffstown). His great-grandchildren; Braydon, Aubrey, Ryker, Ensleigh, Camden, Madison.
George is predeceased by his parents; George and Ellen Peaslee (Weatherbee) and his sisters; Joanne Tremblay, Gloria Meattey, and Annie Peaslee.
Callings hours will take place on Sunday August 25, 2024 from 11:00am-1pm at Bennett Funeral Home 209 N. Main Street Concord, NH 03301. A short service will follow calling hours. A private burial is scheduled at the NH State Veteran's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made in George's memory to Alzheimer's Association.

Sorry to read that George has passed away. My condolences to his wife and family. Another of Ma Bell´s boys has moved on up. He was enjoyable to be around. Always had a story to tell you. He would always make sure the Telephone Trucks were kept up and safe. I haven´t seen him for a while but know he´s at peace now. I know he left us with many memories. RIP My Friend.

Deepest sympathy to Sonny´s family. We graduated together in 1963. We worked together in our later years at St. Anselm. Sonny was a very nice person and he loved his family very much.
