Russell Perry

West Fairlee, VT - Russell Perry, born October 20, 1962, passed away at the Jack Byrne Center on October 20, 2024, around loving family and staff.

Russell was born in Claremont, NH, to Marielle Fowler. Russell served in the Navy and Navy Reserves from 1982 to 1986. He received the Navy Expeditionary Medal and Navy Unit Commendation. He has worked in healthcare for many years with his last job as an LNA at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in White River Jct., VT.

Russell is survived by his wife Debra of West Fairlee, his son Nicholas Perry of Rutland, stepson Philip Ricker II and his children Philip III and Jonathan Perry Ricker of Vershire, Christine Verma and her husband Manish of Cumberland, RI, and their children Namish and Priyasha Verma, his mother Murielle Fowler, brothers Philip and partner Tom, Louis and his partner Deb, half brothers Danny, Peter, and sister Katie, and many other family and friends.

His brother Norman predeceased him.

A celebration of life will be held on November 2, 2024, from 2pm to 6pm at 992 VT Rte. 113, West Fairlee, VT. Come join us in celebrating the life of a much-loved husband, father, brother, son, and friend to everyone.

Arrangements are in the care of Hale Funeral Home, 187 Upper Plain in Bradford, VT.

We are so sorry to hear this. I enjoyed working with Russell. Unfortunately, we are in Alabama and cannot attend the service.
My 95-year-old mother-in-law loved his care and said she wanted to run her fingers through his curly hair.
