Pattie Reed Allison Obituary

July 16, 1941 – March 1, 2025Pattie Joe Reed Allison, age 83, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025, in Memphis, TN. She was born on July 16, 1941, in Olive Hill, TN, to Joe Baxter Reed and Mary Elsie Harbin, both of whom predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her son, Chester Lee Allison Jr, her brother-in-law, Edward Loeber. She married the love of her life, Chester Lee Allison Sr, July 16, 1960, they were married 51 years until his passing in 2012. Pattie was a loving and devoted family member, always putting her loved ones first. She had a deep affection for her family and friends, and her presence brightened every room. Pattie enjoyed spending time with those she cherished, whether it was playing Bunko, quilting, or sharing laughter over a cup of coffee. Known for her great sense of humor, she was a joy to be around and her infectious laugh will be deeply missed. She was a longtime member of Oliver Creek Church of Christ and attended whenever she was able. Above all, Pattie adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her love for them was boundless, and she found immense joy in watching them grow and thrive. Pattie is survived by her sister, Betty Reed Loeber. Her children; Pamela Allison Moore, Cary Allison (Kimberly), Mary Elsie Craft (Jeffery) and one daughter-in-law, Barbara Allison. Also left with precious memories are her grandchildren; Danielle Leslie (Paul), Elizabeth Stacy (Eric), Joshua Allison (Kelly), Kimberly Blakey (Blake), Laine Allison (Anthony), Eugene Bryan, Joseph Bryan (Sara), Amber Fiorito (Jared), Cameron Allison (Grace) and Jackson Craft. As well as 22 great-grandchildren, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Pattie's love, warmth, and humor will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
