Karen Gardiner

Karen Gardiner Age 70, died on March 16, 2008. She was born on April 19, 1937, in Palo Alto, CA. Karen graduated from Notre Dame High School in Belmont, CA and San Jose State University. She worked for many years at St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco as a Medical Technologist. Karen was an accomplished horsewoman and friend to many animals. She is survived by longtime friend and companion Grace Imokawa of Cotati, CA, her sisters and their husbands Patricia and Bob Keller of Los Altos, CA, Alice and Don Alexander of Australia and her brother Tom Gardiner of Elk Grove, CA. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Her passing is a great loss to all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Redwood Empire Food Bank, 3320 Industrial Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
