Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, August 2, 2003, 2-3:30 p.m., at Carothers Funeral Home, 312 West 2nd Avenue, Gastonia. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, 3:30 p.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Reverend Kent Tilley. Burial will be at Hollywood Cemetery. Memorial donations are appreciated to Southeastern Children's Home, P.O. Box 339, Duncan, SC 29334. Arrangements entrusted to Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia, North Carolina.
