Gary was a wonderful colleague at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Virginia and I remember him with great affection. His intelligence, kindness and good humor never failed to impress those fortunate enough to work with him. I am saddened to hear of his passing and offer my deepest sympathy to his cherished sons and family.
