JUDD, Winfred "Tom" Thompson, 74, of White Stone, died September 16, 2008. Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Susan Cunningham Judd; a daughter, Julia E. Luna and husband, Keith M., of Petaluma, Calif.; granddaughters, Zoe and Amelia Luna; two sisters-in-law and two nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Wallace Judd. A Mass of the Resurrection will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, Kilmarnock. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Bradley Funeral Home, Luray. Interment will be private.

I worked with Tom for many years. I am saddened by his untimely passing. I wish the family to know that many others know what a good man he was and how he always had a quick smile and helping hand for all.

Sue--I met you only a few times, but Tom and I go back to the 60's working at GEICO. I am pleased to have know him and I send my sympathy to you and your family.

Sue, It saddened us so to hear of Tom's passing. Tom was such a wonderful friend and GEICO co-worker. He was such a good, kind hearted person and we have been so blessed to have him in our lives. Our love and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
