To the Dabbs Family:
Mr "Joe" Dabbs. was a wonderful gentleman. A strong supporter to me, personally and the Stadium Civic Association, he always conveyed geniune concern and caring about others.
Although he had challenges per his health, he was faithful and a real joy to communicate and share thoughts! I will miss him but am grateful to have known him!
May God continue to bless you all as you follow the example of his legacy.
