Mary Masloff Obituary

MASLOFF, Mary Faber, of Charlottesville, left this life to be with the Lord on October 12, 2008. Mrs. Masloff is survived by her husband of 50 years, Dr. James I. Masloff of Charlottesville; a daughter, Emily Masloff of Richmond, Va.; three sons, Jim Masloff and his wife, Eva, of Charlottesville, Jack Masloff and his wife, Kathy, of Charlottesville, and Peter Masloff of Fredericksburg; and four grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2008 in the First Baptist Church, 735 Park St., Charlottesville, with Dr. Lindsay Sadler officiating. Immediately following the funeral there will be a reception in the fellowship hall after which will be the interment at 1:30 p.m. in the Riverview Cemetery. The family will also receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 in the Hill and Wood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that any desired memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 735 Park St., Charlottesville, Va. 22902. Friends may sign the guest book at www.hillandwood.com.
