Our family expresses our deepest sympathies in your time of grief. While we did not know Mr Wallace personally, we would wave as we drove past his house. He would usually be outside taking care of his trucks. There were probably no cleaner tow trucks in Richmond. We also made use of his towing services on a couple of occasions and were very pleased. He took care of his neighbors. We will keep you in our prayers.

Wallace family and relatives; I am so sorry and praying for all of you. Over 25 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Bill and spending time with him. One of my best memories was when we rented a motorhome and drove to the Charlotte race and had one of the best times. Everytime he came around he would lite up the room with his out going personality. God Bless. Mark Alexander

To the entire Wallace Family,
I will always remember Bill for helping me through hardships in my own personal life. He was a very caring and helpful person in everyones lives he touched. I met Bill about ten years ago and had some of the greatest times of my life. Bill, my brother I sincerly hope you find some beautiful tow trucks and some damn fast boats in heaven, and find the time you need to enjoy them. I wish the family the upmost sympathy in their time of pain, and sorrow. I know your family and friends will miss you so much Bill as I know I will. I'll never go out boating and not think of you, and the times we had.

"All life is sacred. Since life is an affirmation of the Creator, I shall live on, even when I am gone. In trailing clouds of glory shall I return to my Creator only to find that I had never really left. I shall walk among the lilies of the field and leave my trail in
stardust in the sky."

My prayers and thought's are with family and friends. I have known Bill since childhood, in the neighborhood, and through life. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. He was always there for anyone that needed help, most of the time you never needed to ask, he was just there. I will never forget the talks of the good ole days, with him, we laughed and enjoyed our friendship. I will always remember Bill, and calling him, and he was always busy, working and taking care of people. I know how much he loved his family and friends, he said it often. He loved his daughter and was very proud of her. He always spoke of that and how much he loved Gail. I miss you brother, but I will never forget the laughs and friendship we shared, see ya soon in heaven brother, don't be too busy their too, look down on us and keep up the laughs in heaven. You are the best.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Words cannot express my profound loss of your father and your friend. He loved you so much. Time does heal all wounds. Know that even though his loss is devastating, his spirit will remain with you always. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May your memories bring you comfort. I am here for you always.

Jessie
I cannot begin to express the loss that your dad's passing has meant to myself, and to every life he had the opportunity to touch. He was such a people person and went out of his way to help others and be there for the people around him. Bill was so proud of you and happy that you stepped in and were helping him run his company. Bill was such a great friend to myself and my family. I will miss him dearly. I am proud to have had the chance to know your dad and become as close to him as I have in the last several years. He will forever be in my thoughts and live in my memories as I reflect on some of the best times of my life.

Although I did not know Bill, I do know both his sister Wanda, and his love, Gail. I know he will be missed sorely, as I know he was loved deeply. My deepest sympathies go to his family and friends. And I pray that comfort is found in the memories great and small that will flow freely amongst those who love and care deeply for Bill. You are all in my prayers and thoughts.

To Friends and Family,
Bill was a great neighbor, once I asked him to help my neighbor who was 105 years old get his car started, he was right there in minutes and it was a pleasure knowing him and having him in our neighborhood. May God comfort you at this time and hold you close to his heart.
