ANTHONY, Scott, of Henrico, passed away on September 14, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father, William Ernest Anthony; and son, Ezekiel. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Rice and husband, Scott and their daughter, Allison; a son, John Anthony; and his sister, Faith Mansfield and husband, Bill. A celebration of life will take place on a later day.

I´m saddened to hear this. I have many good memories of Scotty and I´ve thought of him often over the years. I always hoped to run into him again. I´m sorry I didn´t learn of this sooner. I remember Faith. I have a good memory of a time with her and Scotty.
