Uncle Wally, you were one of my favorite people. For as long as I can remember, you always called me your "minnie." I loved it. You will be missed but you'll always be in our hearts. Much Love from your niece Mary and the rest of my family in California.

Wally-No one wanted to work with me because I was the son of Deputy Supt. Pierce Fleming but you did my friend. You taught me how to be a good Vice Man on the West Side. You led and Willie Johnson and I followed. You were great. THANKS so very much for ALLLL You taught me. Rest easy my friend. Larry Schreiner 15th Dist Vice
