It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Renee Elizabeth Oiler, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, who left this world on September 19, 2025, at the age of 48. Born on November 14, 1976, in Cleveland, Ohio, Renee touched the lives of many through her kindness, resilience, and unwavering spirit. Renee's life was centered on her family and her work. She was a dedicated and proud employee of Heiland Electronics, where her hard work and commitment were a testament to her determination and integrity. Her love for her family was profound; she was a devoted wife to her husband of 20 years, Bobby Oiler, and a nurturing mother to her sons, Marshall Oiler and Tyler Mack. A woman of many passions, Renee loved spending time on her motorcycle. She also found joy in crafting all things from shirts to soaps and was a talented baker and cook. She dearly loved her dogs and enjoyed the competitive spirit of playing Monopoly Go. Though a bright light has dimmed, her beautiful spirit and soul will remain in the lives of those she touched forever. Renee is survived by her devoted husband Bobby, her loving sons Marshall and Tyler, and her cherished parents, Robert and Sherry Kocevar. She also leaves behind her sister, Diana Mcclendon, and nephews Walter Murphy and Christopher Mcclendon. She is remembered fondly by her in-laws: brothers-in-law Brian Oiler (Whitney), Stephen Oiler (Amanda), and Daniel Oiler (Jamaica); sisters-in-law Chris Brennan (Jim), Amy Oiler, and Jessica Lawson (Mike); mother-in-law Cookie Oiler; father-in-law Jack Scheutzow (Alberta); and uncle Fayette Pivoda. She will also be deeply missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Renee was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Eva and Richard H. Pivoda, paternal grandparents Mary Ellen and Walter Langer, and father-in-law Robert Oiler Sr. With hearts full of love, Renee's family and friends will gather to honor her memory. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, where all who knew and loved her are invited to celebrate her life. Renee will be laid to rest at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
