I'm so sorry for you loss. Leonard laid the ground work for a maintenance system at the Sacramento County Water Quality Division (WQD) now Sacramento Area Sewer District (SASD) that was far ahead if its time and is still in use today. Leonard was a kind and compassionte man, a gentleman in every sense of the word. I will always remember him fondly.

Our condolences to the family. Leonard was a good friend. We worked together at the Water Quality Division (WQD)and attended Sierra College to learn computers. With his help I was able to pass that computer class and retain my job, for that I will always be grateful.
