I meet Henry thru Steve his son when we students at Kiva grade school in the late 60s. At that time the Galbraith´s would invite me over to dinner and Steve and I would play on his hockey game. Later, when I was older I would see Mr. Galbraith outside gardening and stop by and chat with him. After father passed away, I moved into my parents house and we were neighbors. He was always very friendly and a good person to me.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Galbraith through his valiant and selfless protection of Coronado's local golf course from Scottsdale & the Giant's redevelopment. Every interaction only left me with increased respect and admiration. "Mr G" saved the livability of the entire Coronado area - and that is just the end of his generous deeds for a society he leaves behind. May he be an inspiration for all those others who CAN do positive things for others - and the future others. Our short experience together has changed my life and I only wish I could have thanked him more. Even before this sad news, I enjoyed telling the story of Mr G vs Scottsdale, and think of him almost every time I appreciate the gem that he saved in South Scottsdale. My condolences for your family's loss. His memory more than lives on!
