Dear Neil,

Dr. Wilson just told me of your loss and I am so sorry. We are both working at The CORE Institute, (Center for Orthopedic Research and Education) and have talked about the "old days" when we all worked together in the "pink building." I fondly remember working with you and all the trials and growing pains we had in those early years ... we sure have come a long way! Anyway, I wanted to drop you a line and offer my deepest condolences to you and your family; you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Kathy
